The
Vendors' mall is a block between St Mary’s Street and Redcliffe Quay. It is a purpose built market for local
vendors selling locally made crafts, sarongs, T-shirts
and other souvenirs.
The
vendors are friendly and helpful, and do not be over awed by
people selling their wares – a smile as you say no is the way to put off an
over zealous seller.
Upstairs in the mall there are also some clothing and
record stores, and a hotel.
