Located
in Falmouth Village, Ionie’s Cake Shop has an excellent
reputation for baking beautiful and delicious cakes for
all occasions. Whilst the business was established 12
years ago, Ionie has been baking for much longer. She
started at home baking alongside her mother before
producing Birthday Cakes for friends and family and then
moving on to customers. |

Wedding;
Birthday; Anniversary in fact cakes for any special occasion are
baked to order. You can choose from West Indian Fruit Cake;
Plain (sponge); Plain (sponge) with raisins & cherries;
Cherry; Pineapple: Banana;
Carrot and a special Butter Rum Cake with Walnuts. The choice
doesn’t stop there, as Ionie offers a variety of different
icings ~ royal; fondant; butter cream or chocolate. The final
decoration is available in fresh flowers; gum paste or icing
flowers. |

Being on the
Falmouth Main Road,
the shop is ideally situated for those who fancy a little
something sweet as Ionie offers some of the most delicious and
tempting individual cakes, tarts and Danish Pastries. In
addition, to take home there are Coconut; Guava or Apple Tarts. |

Ionie
attended the Wilton School of Cake Decorating in Chicago,
August 1985 and has a Diploma in Master Cake Decorating. A
cake for a special occasion is a very personal thing and
Ionie takes the time to discuss your requirements and will
come up with some very attractive suggestions. All special
occasions cakes are presented in white cake boxes and of
course, baked and decorated on time. |
