For meal times there are outdoor tables and chairs, a barbecue and a bar with fridge meaning you don’t have to retreat indoors to continue enjoying your day, and in the evening

This lovely family villa sleeps eight and consists of:

• 2 en-suite bedrooms, with Queen size beds, one overlooking the pool with feature bathroom.

• Two other standard bedrooms, one en-suite both with double beds.

• Large kitchen fully equipped with fridge freezer, cooker, grill, and all equipment you need to prepare any type of meal, snack or drink.

• Ceiling fans

• Large living room off kitchen with satellite television and DVD player.

• Outdoors shower by pool

• Maid service from 8am to 2pm 3 days a week.

• Off road parking for 4 cars

If you prefer to spend your days discovering the island this is a great base from which to do it, 5 minutes by car will get you to the capital St. John’s, Cedar Valley Golf Club, excellent supermarkets, bank and post office, and 3 of the best beaches on the island – Fort James, Runaway Bay and Dickinson Bay. An extra 5 minutes drive and for the action addicts there is kite surfing and windsurfing available at Jabberwocky Beach and Dutchman’s Bay. You are also very close to some of the best dining on the island.
