her delectable hot sauces, seasonings, jams, blended
teas and flavorful delights since the establishing her
business in 2000. It's now located between Heroes' Park
and the St. John's Public Market. Denise offers you a
high quality and professional presentation at affordable
prices.
Her products utilize a wide
range of locally grown ingredients like scotch bonnet
peppers and include quality Caribbean recipes that
tantalize the taste buds. |

- Hot Sauces - choose
from a variety of Denise's original recipe flavors: lime,
tamarind, pineapple, passion fruit, raspberry, and guava. Her
Mango Hot Sauce won ribbons in the 2006 and 2007 Christian
Valley Mango Festival Agro Processors Competition.
- Seasoning Pepper Sauces
- excellent for preparing marinades.
- Sweet & Sour Sauces,
Chutneys - currently available in tamarind and mango, they
make delicious sauces, spreads, toppings, & dips.

made from seasoning pepper, they offer an excellent to any

- Jams & Jellies - use as
toppings or fillings to add an extra special taste to your
favorite pies, pastries and sweet dishes. Flavors include
