| Arca Villa is built on a
hillside in a quiet location, with wonderful views of
Falmouth Harbour and it always has a cool breeze and is
surrounded by tropical trees. As you park, a few steps
lead up to the main entrance door. Across a short
passage you arrive in the patio with has potted banana
trees and orchids. |

Each of the 6 bedrooms has wooden
floors and shutters, ceiling fans and a private bathroom in
Italian design. |

From the inside patio, a few steps
lead down to the large living area with tropical wood flooring,
ceiling and furniture, French windows with a spectacular view of
the bay, a dining table for 10 guests and 3 comfortable settees. |

On the West side of the living area
there is an open kitchen with a Mexican tiled floor, Italian
stove, a large electric oven and a cooker, fridge, freezer,
microwave, dishwasher and everything necessary for cooking.
In the lowest level there is a studio with double bed,
bathroom with shower, with independent entrance. |

From the living area it is possible
to go outside from the front door to the terrace directly to the
terraces by the pool with benches and a large gazebo with a
table for twelve seats and a built charcoal BBQ and there is a
wireless internet connection throughout.
There is also an automatic generator.
A cook is also available for an additional fee. |
