• If you don’t have a website but would like to be able to use a website name to advertise your business, we can purchase a domain name for you, and point the name at your page on www.antiguanice.com – this will give you the benefit of being able to use your business website name on advertising materials for a very low cost.

How to Get Listed

• E-mail or call us to let us know you want to advertise with us. For contact details click here
• Pay a deposit of EC$1,035 which covers the cost of constructing your page and the 1^st year's membership fees. – this payment must be received before construction commences.
• Prepare your proof page in any of the following ways

o        E-mail us the exact text, images (photographs and logos) for us to prepare a proof page 

o        Tell us your website address and we will prepare a summary of information and images for you. 

o        Arrange a meeting for us to visit your business and discuss they key messages you would like to convey. 

• Photography – if you have digital images these can be e-mailed  in JPEG format or a CD Rom. If you have images which need scanning this can be done for small fee. All photography must be owned by yourself, or given written permission to use on your site. Photographer credits can be arranged where needed. We can not use images from other websites without prior permission from the web site owner due to Copyright laws.
• No photography – if you do not have images and need us to take them for you this can be arranged for an additional fee.
• Check your proof – we will send you an e-mail with a link – click the link as you will see your business information as it will appear on www.antiguanice.com  – check it and let us know of any amendments you wish to make.
• Receive invoice – once you have signed off your advertisement we will invoice you for the cost of your years membership plus any additional fees incurred on additional categories, and photography.
• Join the site – on receipt of final payment – your page will be added to the site onto the home page and the relevant categories.
• Two contracts will be issued and need to be signed and received at time of payment, one to be kept by the advertiser, one for Antigua Nice Ltd.
• Page Positions are allocated on a first come first served basis.
• Small changes to copy can be made throughout the year at no cost – full page re-writes will be charged at EC$115 per page – or as quoted dependent upon complexity.
• Add a reciprocal link to your website if you have one – this will improve your search engine page ranking.

Classified Ads

This category is to sell or advertise a good or service for a short term only. Whether you have a car to sell, or rooms to rent for World Cup Cricket this could work for you.

From September 2005 to August 2006, 345,000 unique visitors browsed the pages of www.antiguanice.com and this number is increasing each month.

The costs of advertising within the classifieds pages are EC$115 per month.

The classified ad can be up to 100 words of text, and 3 photographs. Text and photography must be supplied by the advertiser. If you do not have photographs these can be taken for an additional fee of EC$150.

Classified ads are listed after full payment made for the relevant time slot.

Payment Terms and Conditions

• Payment must be made in full prior to new advertisements being launched to the web site.
• Payment can be made by cash, cheque or bank transfer. For bank transfers details will be provided on request. Cheques must be made payable to Antigua Nice Ltd.
• The rates are for 1 years membership and are payable in EC$ and must be paid in advance. Shorter memberships can be negotiated in exceptional circumstances.
• Exchange rate used – US $1 = EC$ 2.5
• A month prior to renewal of membership an e-mail invoice will be remitted. Full and final payment is due on the renew date i.e. generally a month later than invoice date.
• Late payment – failure to pay invoiced fees by the renewal date will result in removal of your advertisement from www.antiguanice.com  and an administration fee of EC$115 will be applied on reconnection. Payments must be made irrespective of any required amendments to the copy – these changes can be made at anytime throughout the year.
• Termination of Account – one month’s notice must be given if you wish to terminate your account with Antigua Nice Ltd. This should be given in writing in reply to the yearly renewal e-mail sent.
• If you are off island at time of renewal payment must be made in the form of post dated cheque, bank transfer or cash/cheque via an appointed office(r) in your absence.
• In the case of a change in advertising rates – we will communicate any rate changes a month in advance. New rates will only take effect on the renewal of a contract – they will NOT be retrospective.
